Our Programs

The Life Balance Mastery Program
This program incorporates tactics from The Respect Blueprint. Things like meditation, journaling, deep breathing, gratitude, practicing self-care more often, offering positive self-talk and slashing the negative self-talk, visualizations, affirmations and further embracing the power of The Law of Attraction. These tactics can help you to trust yourself more, set better boundaries and stick to them, live your core values to the fullest, create an abundance mindset, live more authentically and embrace more wellness. This is the basis of deep self-respect and the only way we can achieve true life balance.

Brainstorming for Balance
Sometimes life feels like it is all total BS! You’re not happy with your job, your relationships, your life. Maybe you just need feedback about something going on. This is a chance to Brainstorm your life to help create a path to more abundance and life balance. You’ll come together with a small supportive group of women dedicated to helping each other brainstorm elements of their lives. It is a confidential and encouraging environment, so that we can work together to remedy the obstacles in your life – the things holding you back from a life of true balance, happiness and abundance.

About Me
Sue Bonzell is a radio personality, speaker, the author of The Respect Experiment, and is a certified Life Coach and certified Mind Body Fitness Coach. She has worked for many years in media outlets, marketing and real estate, but has always been drawn to her passion of making profound personal connections and assisting people to greater happiness and harmony in their lives.
After many years of active participation in an eye-opening personal growth journey, Sue has found the secret to true happiness and contentment – it is the foundation of respect. She is compelled to share this very important concept with others so that they too can make simple changes with dramatic results. All of the programs at The Life Balance Academy start with the foundation of respect as its guiding principle.

We have created a comprehensive system called The Respect Blueprint to encompass all the pieces in your life that may need changing. We help you develop a solid foundation of respect, and work with you to build better health, more abundance, loads of gratitude, all-encompassing love, deeper personal connections, and better trust and integrity. These are the building blocks of a contented and balanced life. The blueprint incorporates health & wellness, self-care, living your passion and stress management to help you build the life you have always dreamed of. Of course we will provide lots of coping tools to utilize when roadblocks arise. This program includes a series of exercises combined with one-on-one coaching throughout the process.
