The Life Balance Mastery Program

This program incorporates tactics from The Respect Blueprint. Things like meditation, journaling, deep breathing, gratitude, practicing self-care more often, offering positive self-talk and slashing the negative self-talk, visualizations, affirmations and further embracing the power of The Law of Attraction. These tactics can help you to trust yourself more, set better boundaries and stick to them, live your core values to the fullest, create an abundance mindset, live more authentically and embrace more wellness. This is the basis of deep self-respect and the only way we can achieve true life balance.

Brainstorming for Balance

Sometimes life feels like it is all total BS! You’re not happy with your job, your relationships, your life. Maybe you just need feedback about something going on. This is a chance to Brainstorm your life to help create a path to more abundance and life balance. You’ll come together with a small supportive group of women dedicated to helping each other brainstorm elements of their lives. It is a confidential and encouraging environment, so that we can work together to remedy the obstacles in your life – the things holding you back from a life of true balance, happiness and abundance.
